At Seerat Ethnic, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted attire; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Seerat Ethnic account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the ethnic wear is unwashed and unworn, then securely pack the items in their original packaging along with the invoice and all brand tags.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team completes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
